The United Nations Libya Annual Results Report 2025

The United Nations in Libya has launched its 2025 Annual Results Report, capturing a year of collective efforts in a changing and challenging context. The report shows how joint action with Libyan and international partners delivered concrete support for people and communities across the country.

In 2025, UN support contributed to stronger local governance, expanded access to essential services, new opportunities for young people and entrepreneurs, more climate-resilient water solutions, and protection for displaced people, migrants, refugees and vulnerable communities.

The report highlights results achieved across six priority areas: peace and governance, economic development, social services, climate and water resilience, durable solutions for internally displaced persons, and migration management.

The 2025 report is about people and partnerships, helping communities access services, supporting institutions to plan and deliver, and working with partners to build more inclusive and resilient pathways for Libya’s future.
